Optimate-IT provides automation and optimization services, including AWS setup, n8n hosting, workflow buildouts, and ongoing maintenance. The scope, deliverables, and fees for services are confirmed in writing for each project.
Use of our site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation. Our site is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to contact us for services.
Quotes and payments
Estimates are provided based on the scope of automation and integrations required. Payment terms will be specified in the written agreement for each project. Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, graphics, design) is owned by Optimate-IT unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reproduce it without permission. Workflow solutions we build remain your property once delivered, but our underlying methodologies and templates remain our intellectual property.
Disclaimer of warranties
We provide our website and services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimate-IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or site. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay agreed fees. Either party may end ongoing services with reasonable written notice per the service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
